RUSSOTTI’S DOGS
Russotti's Dogs features hot dogs "with an Italian Twist." Justin Russotti conjured up the business one and a half years ago after getting feedback from friends who love the jazzed-up hot dogs that he grew up slathering over as a kid. Russotti's Dogs started out on the side of Fulton Road, and now the business is doing well at birthday parties and other events. He plans to be at the Cotati market all season.
